1-Week Bootcamp (NI)

Our elite team of trainers are waiting to share their knowledge to train you safely and effectively, achieving maximum results whilst educating and empowering you to continue your success out of camp.
Northern Ireland boasts some amazing landscapes and we incorporate these into our week long camps. By not limiting you to just a gym, we hope that you will take with you lessons that you can do in your own time, no matter the environment you find yourself in.
Our top chefs serve nutrient rich fresh food to nourish your body and fuel you sufficiently each day to drive fat and weight loss. Our camp chefs provide three delicious and nutrient dense main meals a day to fuel and energise your body and promote active recovery.
Alongside this, additional super-food snacks are served between meals to nourish and sustain you throughout your fitness journey and help reset your metabolism to give you optimum results. We are a vegan and vegetarian friendly camp and cater for all needs and requirements.
At our Lisburn camp we welcome everyone, whatever their needs. Throughout the year, we also offer 1,2 & 3 days short top-up or starter camps. If you fancy a taster day or are short on time, then come and join us for one of these. Or if it’s time for a fitness refresh, then we run 3 day camp from Saturday to Tuesday.
Your Training doesn’t stop when you leave. We also offer ongoing support and Skype packages.
